Booking info
Step 1 - Send your inquiry
To begin the booking process, please send an email including:
- First & Last Name
- Email address
- Your inquiry/details about the session
- Desired shoot date (if known)
If you are a brand, business, or corporation, please specify which service you are inquiring about so I can assist you
Step 2- Date Reservation & Retainer Fee
Once availability is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to officially secure your booking date and time.
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required before any date is reserved. The retainer secures your spot on the calendar, covers preparation time, scheduling, prevents loss of availability for other potential bookings. Because dates are held exclusively for each client, retainers are non-refundable.
Please note travel fees may apply depending on location
No booking date is secured until the retainer has been paid.
Step 3- Invoice & Agreement
Invoices can conveniently be paid using: Wave Invoicing
Clients can pay using:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
Before submitting payment, clients are required to review and check off the terms and agreement section acknowledging they understand and agree to the booking policies and service terms.
Step 4 - Contracts for Larger Projects ONLY
For weddings, brand campaigns, corporate projects, larger events, an official contract will be sent outlining:
- Services provided
- Payment terms
- Deliverables
- Usage rights
- Scheduling details
Step 5- Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
If clients need additional time for remaining balance, payment plans may be available upon approval. However, the non-refundable retainer must be paid first.
Step 6 - Shoot Day & Delivery
All parties are to arrive on time unless there's unforeseen circumstances.
Bring all outfits, props, and necessary items
Be prepared for a professional and creative experience(If you also have ideas, let me know, this is a collaborative effort )
Final edited images/content will be delivered within the discussed turnaround timeframe through a private online gallery or delivery method discussed during booking.
